Patrick Morris joined PIA in 2015 as an Asset Manager and in April 2021 assumed the position of COO. He oversees investment operations and asset management functions including investment underwriting, due diligence, transaction structure, asset valuation, performance analysis, developer partner communications, and investor reporting. Prior to joining PIA, Patrick worked in banking, corporate finance, and as a writer covering the financial sector for The Motley Fool. Since joining PIA, he has overseen the sale of fifteen investment assets, returning over $150 million to PIA clients. He graduated magna cum laude from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in 2010 where he received a BS in Business Administration double majoring in Finance and Business Economics. He is a CFA charterholder.
