Charlie joined PIA in 2026. He performs investment underwriting, due diligence, transaction structure, asset valuation, performance analysis, developer partner communications, and investor reporting. Prior to joining PIA, Charlie interned for a Georgia-based commercial real estate firm while in college and has held various sales positions in the fitness and home improvement industries. He graduated magna cum laude from The W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2025 where he received a BA in Business Administration.
