| David Croy manages the overall finance and accounting for Property Investment Advisors and ensures the integration of asset management with financial systems and processes. David is a 21 year veteran of the U.S. Army where he served as both a Special Forces Officer and Military Comptroller. His most recent assignment was Deputy Controller for ground forces in Iraq where he provided the day to day management of the $12.7 Billion operating budget. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (B.S., Business) and City University of Seattle (M.B.A., Finance). David retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and was awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Iraq. |
